Launched a Six Sigma program including gathering and
prioritizing potential projects and building a Six Sigma community within the
organization. Kicked off a Six Sigma project to improve order management
processes by reducing cycle time and decreasing error rates

Analyzed Accounts Payable (AP) process to discover areas
for improvement; created process map and completed a cause and effect analysis
that uncovered multiple quick hit improvements and a list of longer-term
improvement opportunities

the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process and recovered approximately

Resource Manager (2013 – 2014)
· Managed
the tracking and reporting of employees and contractors for Delivery
organization to ensure compliance with local and global organizational
strategies and targets

the internal resource management platform (SIOUX) including training users

network provisioning managers to work on longer-term network planning

German-based network monitoring team

network-wide asset inventory and created a process to track inventory; wrote

· Managed
the build-out of two major dark fiber rings and 20 collocated PoPs in the
Northeast and across the US. The Northeast network connected the US with the
TAT-14 Trans-Atlantic cables and on to the company’s German networks
supporting customer locally and across the globe
· Managed
several large and medium-sized vendors for collocation space; ensured
compliance with network requirements for power, HVAC, rack space and local
support
· Managed
large vendor for SONET equipment and installation at PoPs and repeater sites
in 20 cities; ensured that equipment configurations aligned with German
requirements for performance and quality; all projects finished on time and
within budget

Participated in the sourcing and selection of dark fiber
providers in the US and Canada; managed the vendors in the delivery and
testing of connectivity between local PoPs and between the US network and the
TAT-14 cables connecting the US to Germany

plan, managing the city Private Line budget, identifying franchise

the efforts of numerous teams to build COs, obtained entrances to LEC
LSOs and IXC POPs, built fiber optic backbone loops in the city’s Central
